Lisa’s hands-on business experience was shaped in the financial Industry with a concentration in leadership, competency and organization development for Merrill Lynch. As an Assistant Vice President and Relationship Manager, she oversaw employee and executive development for Financial Data Systems, Merrill Lynch Insurance and the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management businesses that included 5,000 employees.
Lisa has served as a Keynote speaker for Hobart and William Smith Colleges Leadership Institute and Con Edison’s Women In Engineering Programs. Her topics have ranged from Strategic Networking, Executive Presence and Building a Personal Leadership Brand.
