Rochelle Cooper has successfully coached over 1800 senior leaders, trained over 3500 executives and managers globally in Fortune 100 companies across many industries, such as BMS, JPMorganChase, Citi, Merrill Lynch, Estee Lauder, Metropolitan Life, Novartis, Pfizer, Prudential, Sony and Time Warner.
CEO of Success Leaders, Rochelle has a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and has spent the last 23 years advising and coaching leaders and teams to achieve success in their roles. She enables executives to attain high impact through value-added Executive Coaching, Team-building, and Organizational Assessment. Rochelle specializes in working with highly talented leaders and propelling them to the most senior levels of the organization through individual and peer coaching programs, and tailored leadership workshops.
Rochelle is dedicated to ensuring the success of her clients. She holds an excellent track record in empowering leaders to reach their goals by either jumpstarting leader success in new roles, building leadership potential for advancement or developing critical skills to master a current role. Through the American Management Association, she developed 3 leadership programs that are run nationally.
Rochelle has held positions at JPMorganChase, as Director of Organizational Development, at Merrill Lynch in Talent Management and Bell Labs, where she was an Assessment Center Expert on measuring leadership potential. For the last fifteen years, Rochelle has been on Hofstra University’s School of Business faculty, where she teaches Executive Leadership Skills in the Executive MBA and traditional MBA programs. Dr. Cooper has published articles in several leadership journals, received her Ph.D., MA and BA from Columbia University and is currently on the Leadership Council of Columbia University’s Athena Leadership Center, Chairs the Professional and Leadership Development Committee for the Alumni Board, Directs the Coaching Programs for several Columbia University Business School Executive Education programs, including Women in Leadership, is on the HBA Executive Women’s Outreach Committee, serves as a coach and mentor for the HBA Circle of Advisors and Mentoring programs in the Pharmaceutical industry, is a member of the HANC Board of Education and past president of several local charitable organizations.
